About Joy Tang

Joy Tang is a Taiwanese national who goes by various names: Joy Wei Rayome, Joy Wei Tang-Rayome, Joy Tanz, Joy Wei Tang,Tang Wei, Joy Ayo, Joy Ayo Tang, Nana Efua Tweneboah II - Queen Mother of the Denkyira Kingdom in Ghana.

She was born as Tang Wei on Feb. 24th, 1961 to Chinese emigrants Shao Ching Lee and Ching Hsi Tang, and grew up in Taiwan before relocating to California. Here she lived at various locations, including Chico, Mountainview, Danville and San Jose. She is closely associated with Janet Feldman in the U.S. as well as Joe Cusimano of the Cusimano family.

During her years in the U.S., Joy Rayome/Tang used her connections within the Actalive coalition and her fellowship at Cisco to set up the OneVillage Foundation, a charitable trust (registered in Calfornia found guilty of delinquency) that claims to be working with aid projects at different locations in Africa, including Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya.

After moving back to Taiwan Joy Tang was briefly employed by Accton Technologies as a VP in market innovation, a new department that was dropped shortly thereafter. Having unsuccessfully tried to engage Accton in supporting the OVF, Joy Tang left the company in 2007. In the following year, Joy Tang used her background with Cisco and Accton to establish a partnership with the Tsing Hua university (NTHU) in Hsinchu, Taiwan. This led to the launching of a volunteer program for university students who would be exploited as free teaching resources for OVF in Ghana under the leadership of Kafui Prebbie.

In 2010, through her connection with Ulrike Reinhard, Joy Tang became a blogger at FutureChallenges, a blog started by the Bertelsmann Foundation in Germany. Throughout the years, Joy Tang has operated through a variety of blogs and discussion groups, where she takes credits for ideas and accomplishments originating from others. She is also active as a moderator and a speaker, posing as an expert by grossly embellishing or outright fabricating her own credentials (e.g. she claims to have lived in Africa for 10 years though she has never resided in any African country), using other people's thoughts and language to appear knowledgeable in areas where she has no experience of her own. In this role, she presents on-going OVF projects which are non-existent in order to solicit funding, sponsorship or other contributions that are the target of her scam.

Joy Tang specializes in exploiting human resources by using ICT, targeting men on the Internet who are available on Skype. She is known to work on every new male acquaintance diligently through intense Internet communication, and has the ability to make others believe that she will deliver. Though herself a practicing Tibetan Buddhist with a spiritual interest in African Voodoo traditions, she tends to target men who are professed Christians. She is known to favor polygamy and does not believe in monogamous relationships, though she was once in one such marriage herself. She sees herself as a "liberator", who, by making people cross boundaries they would not cross without her prodding, is freeing them of their restraints thus transforming them into who she claims they really are. In two known cases, Joy Tang has practiced this process of transformation on two different individuals, which ended with death in the first case and total destruction of character in the second.
